October fun!

It's been such a long time since I updated my blog. So many things have happened.
First off Elivia started crawling around the end of November and since then she has become a pro at "helping" Mommy!

Here she is helping mommy file...or undo filing!
Here she is helping mommy put the dishes in the dishwasher....

Or taking dishes out!
Helping Mommy feed cousin Jaymz!

Maybe not, I think she is bribing him with a movie to get his bottle from him!And then giving Mommy some dirty faces when I was telling her not to take his bottle from him!

Oh dear am I in trouble with this one!
Trying to eat Annie's food.....she did succeed once unfortunately but not this time. I caught her just in time and was then picking up all the dog food. Eli came rushing over with the camera! Opening a present from Grandma Kari. Rubber duckies!!

Helping Mommy with the laundry..... good thing the door locks. She was very fascinated watching it!This is how I find her now after nap times! So happy!

She loves being in front of the mirror. She waves at herself. It's pretty cute! This was her halloween costume. A baby Giraffe! And yes, I put little freckles on her face.
Enjoy!

redneck baby pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so Elivia LOVED the pool. Keep in mind that this water was fresh out of the hose so it was SUPER cold! And try to ignore me in the background and only focus on Elivia and Eli. :)

Red neck swimming pool!!!

I'm not even kidding!

Enjoy!!!

Sleeping Angels!

I babysat my nephew Jaymz yesterday! He is so stinkin cute!! And such a little sweet heart!

ps while you are reading this think of one of my previous posts where Elivia is typing on the keyboard, and imagine her doing that to me right now while I'm posting this! She is almost out of breath as we speak! She's so goofy! But OH HOW SHE WANTS THE KEYBOARD!!!

Jaymz! You may hate this photo when you are older. Sorry about all the girly stuff surrounding you! But seriously! How cute is he!! And so relaxed!
Elivia got booted to the couch. But I don't think she minded! When she woke up she was fascinated by the stars!

We decided to do some tummy time, (ok I decided to) although before I could take a picture Elivia had already rolled onto her back. Silly girl!
Jaymz zonked out after about 10 minutes of tummy time. He loved listening to the frog singing!
"Ok, now how do I get my butt to move!"

Sorry this pic is a little blurry. She got a hold of the camera string and was very fascinated by it.Silly girl! Thats what the blanket is for!

I LOVE breaking down 70 miles from home!

Ok not really! We were taking a couples 5th wheel down to Coosbay for them and we still had 60 miles to go when the fuel pump on our truck decided to give out. Sad day! I could have gotten really cranky and depressed because the part could end up costing almost $1000 dollars! But instead, I decided to look at everything with a glass half full not empty. So......we had just come out of alot of corners and were slowing down to come into a town when the truck started sputtering. We had a safe spot to pull over and right across the street there was an older couple who were nice enough to let us use their phone to make a long distance call. None of our cell phones had service. There was 3 of them too! The couple were getting charged everytime we made a long distance call too. He is the Mayor of the town and his wife is the mail lady. The only 2 jobs this town has. The population is about 225 people, just to give you an idea of how small this town was. Anyways, I was extremely greatful that we had a safe spot to pull over without having to push the truck to get to a safe pull over spot, we were able to contact AAA, the couple we were taking to Coosbay had the right AAA package to get our truck towed back to Eugene, and the tow truck driver was very nice.

Anywho, as you can imagine we were stuck there for several hours so naturally we were bored!

Here are a few videos I took that were very funny!

In this video, Eli was fanning Elivia with a brochure thing. She thought that it was pretty funny!

This one Eli is dropping water into her mouth. Silly Daddy!

Here Eli decided to put his safety goggles on Elivia! She looks ssooooo goofy!!

This is what a fight with!....

.......Everytime I get on the computer while I'm holding Elivia! She has a thing with the keyboard!!! Oh and notice she has to taste it too!!

Funny faces!

"Look Mom I can sit up all by myself!!"
She has been making this face for almost 2 weeks now. I call it the grandma without teeth smile!
It starts out most of the time with a smile and then it curls into.....well......an ooooooo look.
See, you can see the smile in it. Anyways, it has taken over her huge smiles. It gets everyone who see's it to laugh. Which is why I think she does it.
This is a more exaggerated one. But still, the no teeth smile!

Here's a gummy smile! So cute! Look at those blue eyes!Notice Annie in the background with those SAD eyes.....hoping....wishing....that I would let her play with Elivia! ha yeah right! Now that said, I must say that I'm not afraid of Annie hurting Elivia at all. I just don't like doggy kisses AT ALL! yuck! And from the few times that I have caught Annie kissing Elivia, I must say unfortunately that Elivia likes Annie just as much as Annie likes her. Elivia actually reaches out for Annie every time Annie passes her while she's in the excersaucer. She gets all excited when Annie comes into the room too. She starts jumping and hitting her hands on her toys and stuff. Oh dear, she's a dog lover! Don't ask! I have no idea why she was making that face, but she was making it long enough for me to grab the camera....turn it on........and take the picture!

Food fight? I think she won. She has this new thing where she likes to blow out of her mouth right after I put a spoon full of cereal in her mouth. Anyways, since I was right in front of her, I'm pretty sure I had more food on me then she had on her!
